Christmas Holidays- December 19-January 6.
Note from our school nurse:
It’s that time of year when we start seeing signs and symptoms of Flu and other viruses. The best defense to staying healthy is GOOD HAND WASHING. Encourage your child to wash their hands often and to cough and/or sneeze into their arm.
Please remember to keep your child home if your child has.….
Fever greater than 100.5
Severe Cough and Congestion
Students should not return to school until they are fever free for 24 hours without having to take fever-reducing medicine. Also, if your child has been seen by a physician please send in the excuse to return to school. Illnesses that require antibiotics must be given for at least 24 hours prior to returning to school.
Medications can be given at school but MUST be provided by the parent along with a note authorizing the nurse to give it at school.
